We all need to eat - multiple times a day, and so do the people we are responsible for.  It takes a lot of time, makes a lot of mess and causes a lot of overwhelm when we are already kind of overwhelmed. 

I know the pain of not knowing what is for supper, not having the groceries I need to make what I want - because I never had time - or sometimes because I never had the money. I have experienced the family asking over and over again what there is to eat.  It has almost felt like the end of my sanity at times.
